OWNERSHIP AND AUTHORIZATION
You may only upload documents that:
• You own and have the right to share, OR
• You are legally authorized to share on behalf of the document owner

SENSITIVE INFORMATION IN DOCUMENTS
Please be aware that documents you upload may contain sensitive personal, military, medical, or legal information, including:

• Personal identifying information (Social Security numbers, dates of birth, etc.)

You are responsible for understanding what sensitive information your documents contain.

Upload documents only through the secure form on this website. Do not email sensitive documents unless specifically instructed by authorized legal counsel.
If you must email documents, use encrypted email and send only to authorized counsel or the lead plaintiff/organizer.

AUTHORIZATION TO REVIEW
By uploading documents, you authorize the following parties to review, copy, and retain your documents:
• The lead plaintiff/organizer
• Authorized intake reviewers
• Authorized administrative staff
• Potential legal counsel (if counsel joins the group)
These parties will review your documents to evaluate your claim and organize the intake roster.
AUTHORIZATION TO SHARE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL
By uploading documents, you authorize sharing of your documents with legal counsel for case evaluation and representation. This sharing is necessary for counsel to:
• Evaluate your claim
• Determine whether to represent you
• Pursue your claim on your behalf
• Communicate with government agencies or courts
UPLOADING DOES NOT CREATE REPRESENTATION
Uploading documents does NOT create an attorney-client relationship and does NOT guarantee representation. Legal counsel will evaluate your claim and may decline representation for various reasons.
UPLOADING DOES NOT GUARANTEE ELIGIBILITY
Uploading documents does NOT guarantee that you will qualify for compensation or that your claim will be accepted.

Uploading documents does NOT guarantee that you will receive compensation or payment.
DOCUMENT RETENTION
Your documents will be retained for:
• The duration of litigation and settlement
• Legal compliance purposes after the case concludes
• Potential future claims or appeals
• Recordkeeping and preservation purposes
You cannot request deletion of documents while your claim is active, as these documents are necessary for litigation and preservation purposes.
DOCUMENT SECURITY
Your documents are stored securely on encrypted servers with access restricted to authorized personnel. However, no digital system is 100% secure. By uploading documents, you acknowledge this inherent risk.
DOCUMENT TYPES ACCEPTED
The following types of documents are accepted:
• DD214 (Certificate of Discharge)
• VA disability rating letter
• Medical records
• Witness statements
• Court judgment documents
• Proof of service or deployment
• Other claim-supporting documentation
Do not upload documents containing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
DOCUMENT CONFIDENTIALITY
Your documents are treated as confidential and are not shared publicly. Documents are shared only with authorized personnel and potential legal counsel as described in this notice.
THIRD-PARTY STORAGE
Your documents may be stored on third-party cloud storage providers. These service providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and security. However, these service providers have their own privacy policies and terms of service.
GOVERNMENT REQUESTS
If we receive a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal demand for your documents, we will comply as required by law. We will notify you of such requests if permitted by law.
DOCUMENT ACCURACY
You represent and warrant that:
• All documents you upload are authentic and accurate
• You own or are legally authorized to share the documents
• The documents do not violate any third party's rights
• You have obtained any necessary consents or authorizations
If you upload false or fraudulent documents, you may be removed from the roster and may be subject to legal liability.
CONSENT TO RETAIN FOR LITIGATION
By uploading documents, you consent to retention of your documents for litigation, settlement, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes. You understand that:
• Documents will be retained for as long as necessary to pursue your claim
• Documents may be used in litigation or settlement negotiations
• Documents may be reviewed by government agencies or courts
• Documents will be retained for legal compliance purposes
CONSENT TO SHARE WITH GROUP MEMBERS
In some cases, we may need to share limited information with other group members for coordination purposes. By uploading documents, you consent to potential sharing of limited information (name, ship assignment, incident type) with other group members if necessary for coordination.
Your phone number and email address will not be shared with other group members without your consent.
NO GUARANTEE OF CONFIDENTIALITY
While we treat your documents as confidential, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality. Your documents may be:
• Reviewed by multiple authorized personnel
• Shared with legal counsel
• Shared with government agencies if legally required
• Retained for litigation purposes
• Potentially disclosed in litigation or settlement
